Sketch 27: Layouts

Happy Friday! I hope you will enjoy today's sketch. Sketch 27 provides space for a design or patterned paper on one side. Then you can use one or more photos. And of course embellishments as you please. :) Who doesn't love lots of embellishments? :) For our design team examples, look how Carrie created her design on the left hand side! Awesome! And Elizabeth flipped the sketch and cut out her patterned paper! And I love how the other designers layered their patterned paper on the left and added ribbons, notebook paper, etc.!

Sketch 26: Layouts

Before I share our sketch this week, I want to tell you that we will be having several fun things happening in October. One will be next weekend on October 4th. Then we have an amazing sponsor for the weekend of October 17th. So, mark you calendars, and be ready to play along with us! :)

This week we have a fun sketch that can be used many ways. You can keep it simple or dress it up! Here is Sketch 26: Look at the fun ways the design team turned the sketch, how many photos they used, and the different ways they placed their titles. Just so fun and creative each and every week! Sketch 25: Cards & Altered Art

So, do you have big plans for your last weekend of Summer? I can't believe that Fall begins on Monday. Wow! So, I don't know how much crafting time everyone will get this weekend if you have lots of fun things planned. But hey, maybe you can whip out a quick card or two. We have three very fun cards exampes for you today and an altered binder cover using Sketch 25! Look at the fun colors and the different elements used: hemp, stitching, brads, metal rings, etc. Enjoy, and we will see you next Friday!!

Sketch 25: Layouts

Welcome to another Friday at Triple the Sketch! I hope you have joined in on the challenge at Two Spotted Dogs! The challenge is open until midnight on Sunday, September 21st! So, you still have time to get your entry in to win some of that amazing new Pink Paislee! You can find the details in this thread. Also, we will have several fun things coming up in October, so be watching!

For our sketch this week, we have lots of layering and several fun elements. You can use as much or as little as you want from this sketch.
Look at how Hope left out some of the layering yet added all of the fun circles, and Carrie added lots of fun elements! And look how Elizabeth, Marcee, and Traci flipped the sketch. And be sure to notice the different types of photos each design team member used. We have a mix of vertical and horizontal photos. So very fun!

Sketch 24: Cards & Tags

Before I share our amazing inspiration with you, I wanted to elaborate more on the Two Spotted Dogs challenge being hosted this coming week! On Monday, September 15, Two Spotted Dogs will be posting a week-long challenge in a special arrangement with Triple The Sketch. The challenge and all the rules and details (sorry gals, there *do* have to be some rules!) will be revealed in the challenges thread on Monday, September 15. And this is something you don't want to miss! This challenge has a special random-drawing prize of the Two Spotted Dogs "Man in the Moon" kit, featuring papers from the new Pink Paislee "Vintage Moon" line and the October Afternoon's "Hometown" line. Now onto our goodies for today! We have cards and tags today that will just make you want to run to your craft table and start creating! :) I love how Marcee used the sketch to create a circular tag. And look at the fun colors Danni, Elizabeth, and Ember used while Julie went with the soft look with an anniversary card. Just love it all! Amazing work as always girls!
