Sketch 65: Layouts & Layers of Color Art Stamps Anniversary!

Are you ready for another anniversary party? :) Well, we have a HUGE one for you this week with THREE amazing prizes! Layers of Color Art Stamps is celebrating their one year anniversary, and Laura, the owner of Layers of Color, wants to share the celebration with you here at Triple the Sketch!
