Here are the amazing cards, tags, and altered goodies from the design team using Sketch 9. Look how Danni pleated her ribbon on the card and used it as the strips from the sketch. And Marcee used lined paper instead of actual strips of patterned paper. And do you need a gift bag? Well, look at what Shanna did! Wow! And I love where Ember placed her sentiment on the tag. And Traci's card is just perfect with that little bow she added! I hope these goodies inspire you to create this weekend. And we would love to see your work. Just be sure to post a link in the comment section so we can take a look. Have fun and see you next Friday!

Sketch 9: Layouts
You know, I must start this post with a thank you to my amazing design team! These girls continue to "wow" me every week, and I am blessed to have them on the team!!! Thank you girls for being an inspiration to me and to all of the others that continue to see our sketches each and every week. You are a blessing.
Now onto our sketch for this week. This week's sketch was drawn by Hope. I love the strips of pattern paper she used for this sketch. So fun!
For our layouts this week, you will find that the team created three different sized pages. So fun to see the versatility. And now for the layouts the amazing team created with Sketch 9:

Want to Win a Threading Water Punch?
Okay, I have decided last minute to have a fun giveaway this Memorial Day weekend! :) First, let me show you what you are playing for: How can you win this much sought after punch? Well, there are two ways to get entered into the drawing! First by creating something NEW with ANY of our current and past sketches and linking us to your creation in the comment section here. Or by putting our blinkie in your signature on the message boards you frequent. The design team will be watching this weekend, and if they spot the blinkie in your siggie, you will automatically be entered! You have until midnight Monday to post the links to your creations here. The drawing will be held Tuesday morning with the winner posted here! Have fun creating, and let's see that blinkie everywhere!
Edited to add instructions for getting a blinkie: Right click on the blinkie and save to your computer. Then upload the image to Photobucket. Copy the img code that Photobucket gives you and save it to your signature on the message board where you want to post it. Two Peas in a Bucket is the only board I know of where you must change img at the beginning and end of the code to image. Otherwise, the blinkie should work fine on all message boards that I am aware of. Let me know if you need further help! Enjoy!

Sketch 8: Layouts
Hi! We have another exciting week of goodies for you! I can't believe we are already on our 8th week. And this weekend is exciting because I imagine for most, it is a 3-day holiday weekend! So, I hope you have lots of time set aside to scrap and have fun with our sketch this week! Here is your Sketch 8:
What I love about this sketch is that it can so easily be turned and altered. Look at the way each DT member placed their journaling, how they did their titles, and how many pictures they used. Everything looks so different yet based off of this very simple sketch. Enjoy, and we can't wait to see what you come up with!
And just a quick note for those of you that have posted your work. First, thank you! We love seeing it. But I know I am behind in leaving comments. It is the end of the school year so I have been very busy. Plus my headaches are really kicking in this week. Please forgive me for being a bit behind but I will get to them! :) Have a great day, and see you tomorrow with cards, tags, etc. Enjoy!
